5. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or updates may cause temporary downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

UrbanPropertiesNoidaCRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
